The Rega Apheta 3 is a high-performance moving coil phono cartridge designed specifically for vinyl turntables. Engineered and manufactured in the UK, it delivers exceptional detail retrieval, precise tracking, and outstanding musical transparency.

With over 15 years of refinement in moving coil design, Rega has developed an ultra-low mass generator system using advanced neodymium magnet technology and precision CNC machining. The Apheta 3 extracts remarkable detail from vinyl records while maintaining tight bass response and smooth high frequencies.

Unlike conventional moving coil cartridges that use tie-wire suspension systems, the Apheta 3 employs Rega’s undamped micro-mass generator design. This eliminates unwanted high-frequency resonance and ensures greater clarity and tracking accuracy across the record groove.
