The Model One introduces a new 3-Point Floating Suspension for superior 3D isolation from external vibration, using a high-tech polymer that is fully adjustable for leveling to stabilize the turntable, minimize motor noise, and isolate the platter and tonearm. Its modular design makes it easy to replace the Motor and Platter Module and the Tonearm Module, so upgrades are straightforward. A wood skirt with a machined aluminum top plate carries a 12-inch, 20 lb aluminum platter and the VPI S-Tonearm. Available upgrades include a Periphery Ring Clamp, the Analog Drive System (ADS), the Fatboy Tonearm (gimbal or unipivot), and the Modular Two package.
